We are a hub of designers and upholsterers who care about crafting quality pieces for your home that are made to last.
Based in the Chiltern Hills, ID Home is a hub of designers and upholsterers who care about creating a toxic free home. We focus on providing quality products that are made to last, alongside reupholstery of furniture using environmentally conscious methods and materials.
We are passionate about using quality materials in our upholstery and moving away from chemical fabric treatments. We promote the use of natural fabrics that can be used with a wool barrier cloth and encourage the use of fabrics that are more sustainable and eco friendly.
Choosing natural fabrics for your home decor contributes to a healthier environment and also ensures that you are bringing materials into your home that meet high standards of sustainability and quality.
We work with a range of valued suppliers, many of which offer natural based fabrics and sustainable ranges to ensure we combine the perfect blend of eco-consciousness, durability, and style. In our shop we look to share products that are support local makers and enhance your own and your homes well being.

We love a Before & After. This chair was looking battered and sad but was of great sentimental value so we brought it back to life.
We stripped the wood back to its original state and just added a light beeswax to highlight its natural beauty. We of course fully fixed the seat and then reupholstered on a beautiful aged leather from @crestleather. We think it looks absolutely stunning!

This was a simple transformation which modernised a classic style sofa.
We removed the skirt and added natural bun feet
We chose a modern herringbone style fabric to add some pattern and subtle colour the result a modern. Looking sofa which will last for years 🙌
